The full moon shone bright
Resplendent with calmness redefined
The air still ,breathing serendipity
As I catch a glimpse through the branches
Spread majestically far and wide
The tree,Blanketed with the warmth of its leaves
On this cold,winter night
Felt the chill give way to sweet pleasure
Of the cozy corner near the fireplace yonder
The entangled mind heaved a sigh of relief
Brief it might be,enthused my being
With enthusiasm anew
I took the next step,excited,bereft of all fatigue
Moved on with this memory instilled
Intrigued at the magnanimous acquaintance
Of joy with simplicity!
